Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our Sacramento wedding sites can be arranged to suit. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Hyatt Regency Sacramento will create a ceremony room in a round or chapel style, if you wish. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Linen / Table Settings
Tables will be set with white tablecloths and can be accented with a white linen napkin or a variety of colored linen napkins. Upgrades such as accent fabric overlays or chair covers can be coordinated. Each table will be set with our full service setting to include our finest china, stemware and silver.

Wedding Cake Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details of your one-of-a-kind creation.
Guestrooms It is our pleasure to offer the bride and groom overnight accommodations on a complimentary basis for those receptions exceeding $7,000.00 in food and beverage revenue. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist for further details or to block rooms.
Gold Passport Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Sacramento. One point is awarded for each dollar spent
Pricing and Guarantee All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Sacramento Wedding Package are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. Your event is considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Your deposit will be applied towards the total due. Payment in full is required prior to your event.
A final number of guests is required three (3) business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
