Overview
Regency Ballroom
Our exquisitely detailed Regency Ballroom is conveniently located off our main lobby level. Offering over 15,500 square feet, the ballroom is divisible into six sub sections and can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. Recently renovated, the colors include hues of purple, teal and lavender. The Regency foyer offers the perfect setting for registration, coffee breaks and receptions
Capitol View Room
The Capitol View room offers a breathtaking view of Sacramento, the State Capitol and Capitol Park. The Capitol View room sits on our 15h floor with surrounding windows. Rich green and gold highlights the room's plush carpet. Outdoor balconies offer a chance for your guests to enjoy a spectacular view of the Capitol and city skyline. Included in this very unique space are gold chavari chairs.
The Capitol View will accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated event and up to 200 guests for a reception.

Capitol Boardroom / Sequoia Boardroom
Host an intimate gathering for your most-valued VIPs in one of our two richly-appointed boardrooms that feature floor to ceiling windows. Each standing at an intimate 456 square feet, the rooms hold between 12 and 14 in a boardroom-style setup.

Tahoe
Tahoe is one of our most popular Sacramento venues. Standing at an impressive 800 square feet, this space accommodates 80 for a reception or 54 in classroom-style seating.
Ventura / Santa Barbara
These Sacramento meeting rooms are most commonly used as breakout areas during larger conferences or are perfect for a small meeting. Accommodating between 15 and 100, depending on setup, these soundproof rooms are ideal for hosting more intimate gatherings during larger events.
Trinity
Just under 400 square feet, Trinity is the smallest of our event venues. It is ideal for small meetings and is often used as a prep room or press area.
Golden State / Carmel / Big Sur
Golden State is one of our larger event venues, standing at 1,500. Carmel is just under 1,200 square feet and Big Sur just under 1,00 square feet, respectively. They are each divisible into two separate event spaces, but can be combined to host 120-150 for a banquet or 110-120 in a theater-style setup.
