Overview


Regency Ballroom
Our exquisitely detailed Regency Ballroom at Hyatt Regency Sacramento is a lovely meeting venue conveniently located off our main lobby on the first level. Offering over 15,500 square feet, the ballroom is divisible into six sub sections and can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. Recently renovated, the colors include hues of purple, teal and lavender. The Regency foyer offers the perfect setting for meeting registration, exhibits, coffee breaks and receptions.

Capitol View Room
The Capitol View room is a lovely venue offering a breathtaking view of Sacramento, the State Capitol and Capitol Park from floor to ceiling windows.  The Capitol View room sits on our 15th floor and can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated event and up to 200 guests for a reception.  A combination of harvest gold and crisp creams with hints of slate gray and amber translate into a woven carpet design reminiscent of wheat fields.  Outdoor balconies with lounge style seating offer a chance for your guests to enjoy spectacular views of the Capitol and city skyline. Included in this very unique space are gold chavari chairs.

Capitol Boardroom / Sequoia Boardroom
Host an intimate Sacramento gathering for your most-valued VIPs in one of our two richly-appointed boardrooms. Each meeting venue offers an intimate 456 square feet, the rooms hold between 10 and 12 in a boardroom-style setup.

Tahoe
This 800 square foot meeting room is conveniently located next to our Sacramento hotel entry from our parking structure. It can accommodate receptions under 80 or meetings for up to 50.

Ventura / Santa Barbara
These smaller meeting rooms are most commonly used as breakout areas during larger conferences. Accommodating between 15 and 30 guests, depending on setup, these venues are ideal for hosting more intimate gatherings during larger events.

Trinity
Just under 400 square feet, Trinity is the smallest of our Sacramento event venues. It is ideal for small meetings and is often used as a prep room or press area.

Golden State / Carmel / Big Sur
Golden state is our largest second floor meeting room at 1,500 square feet. Carmel is just under 1,200 square feet and Big Sur is under 1,000 square feet, respectively. Carmel and Big Sur are divisible into smaller meeting rooms.

Upper Pool Deck
This unique venue is located adjacent to the pool and is perfect for small Sacramento events of up to 100 guests. It is a great option for your guests to break from their meeting and eat lunch outside. The pool deck is the perfect venue for VIP receptions of up to150 guests. Ask your Catering Coordinator about this special venue for small intimate gatherings.
